London Public Practice

Remote with travel to London

We are looking for a confident and capable individual to take full ownership of our client relationships and business development activities across the London region. This is a senior-level opportunity suited to someone with strong sector knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ambition to drive growth in one of our most strategically important areas.

You’ll inherit an extensive database of existing contacts and clients, giving you a strong starting point to build from. Your focus will be on expanding our presence, deepening client relationships, and delivering value in line with our reputation for specialist expertise.

We trialled this approach in late 2024 with encouraging results, and are now ready to commit long-term to developing this part of the business. We’re looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment services within a specialist sector. You’ll be working closely with directors, leveraging our established database and market presence to identify, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates. Your experience will be critical in maintaining the quality and speed of delivery we’re known for, and you’ll be given the tools, autonomy, and support to refine your approach and make a real impact.

M&A Associate

With access to a database of over 3,000 companies in a specialist sector, you will play a key role in brokering business acquisitions across the region, engaging with both new and existing buyers and sellers. This is a newly developed area of the business with significant untapped potential, offering the right candidate the opportunity to help shape its direction and success from the ground up.

Although a driving licence is preferred, it is not essential—alternative arrangements can be made for non-drivers. The role is fully remote, offering flexible working hours and the option to work full- or part-time. You will work closely with the business director, taking deals from initial contact through to successful completion, with support provided throughout.
