Audit Director / Responsible Individual (RI) | £90,000–£120,000 | Oxfordshire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as RI across a diverse portfolio of audits
• Providing high-level technical expertise and maintaining compliance with professional standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser at board level
• Leading, mentoring, and developing audit managers and seniors to achieve their potential
• Supporting firm growth through networking, client development, and leadership input

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification audit leadership experience
• Current or working towards RI status essential
• A proven leader who can inspire teams and drive best practice in audit quality
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support client growth and identify new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with credibility at board level

• Salary: £90,000–£120,000 depending on experience
