Accounts Semi Senior | Bicester / North Oxfordshire | £30,000 – £38,000 | Permanent, office based

A well-established, friendly practice is looking for an Accounts Semi Senior to join a close team working on a mixed audit and accounts client base. You’ll work day to day with the Director and portfolio managers and look after your own portfolio of clients.

What you’ll be doing
– Preparing year-end accounts for your own portfolio, accurately and on time
– Helping with corporation tax and VAT returns, and personal and corporation tax computations
– Being the main point of contact for your clients and giving clear, practical advice
– Working with senior colleagues to hit deadlines and budgets across audit and accounts work
– Suggesting better ways of working and keeping your technical knowledge and CPD up to date

What you’ll bring
– Part-qualified AAT, ACA or ACCA (or actively working towards it), or equivalent
– 3–4 years’ practice experience
– Confident Excel and Microsoft Office skills
– Client-facing experience, good organisation and strong attention to detail
– The ability to work independently and as part of a team
